Once you schedule or invoice off a proposal, the system copies the then-current proposal info into the appointment and/or invoice. It's a point in time.
If you want to change a proposal:
1) Update the proposal itself by going to the proposal, and selecting Edit, and adding/amending/removing line items as needed.
- Contacts>Proposals Tab>Date or Service>Edit>Make Changes>Save
2) If work is already scheduled, you have to edit each scheduled appointment, as those appointments WILL NOT update from the proposal.
- Contacts>Appointments Tab>Select Date or Service>Edit>Make Changes>Save
3) If you've already invoiced, you have to edit the invoice with any changes. Invoices WILL NOT update from the proposal.
Contacts>Invoices Tab>Select Date or Invoice Number>Edit>Make Changes>Save
